Dave is a multi million producer every year.
In keeping with the current climate Dave was amongst the 1st Realtors to obtain the
E-PRO (Internet Professionally Certified Realtor) and RECS (Member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society). We both have been certified as Relocation Specialists. With new
construction and new developments as one of our top interests we are both members
of the recently REAL ESTATE III NEW HOMES DIVISION. (We have also obtained the
Nationally recognized Real Estate Certification in New Construction, CNHS). This
team provides information to the public regarding builders and new construction in
general, and then information to the builders as to what the public want in new
homes etc. This makes the process of home building less stressful to both the builder
and the public.
Dave has held the position of Co-Chair of the Community Relations Committee of
CAAR, and is currently on the board at CAAR.
